• Automated, continuous attack simulation against your application
• Reproducible proof-of-exploit for discovered vulnerabilities
• AI-assisted remediation guidance integrated with your coding tools
• Verification that fixes actually close the attack path

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use the service to transmit malicious code or conduct harmful activities

Your use of Dizzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we implement appropriate security measures to protect it.

All content, features, and functionality of Dizzy (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Dizzy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our express written permission.

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dizzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dizzy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dizzy operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
